This deposit is for a FUNDRAISER with a minimum of 25 painters at $30 per person  The Fundrasier room can hold a maximim of 47 painters. We also have a smaller room which can hold 24 painters. You may reserve the smaller room for your fundraiser as well if needed, you will just need a second deposit to hold the second room. If you would like BOTH ROOMS, we do require the first room to be full and then an addtional 15 painters in the second room.

The deposit is deducted from the final balance, which is due 1 week prior to the event. The final balance is the number of attendees (min of 25) x $30, minus your $140 deposit. We will also need a list of attendees along with the final payment. (If you have less than 25 painters, the cost is $35/pp, with a minimum of 15 painters)

The deposit is Non-Refundable and is used for Paint and Vino to secure an artist and room for your event. 

Your Fundraiser painting class includes: The use of our main room or private party room, with a private professional artist who will guide the instrutions of your painting class. Each guest will receive a 16 x 20 Canvas and Paint (OR glass bottle and lights, OR wine glasses), as well as the use of our; Easels, Brushes, Aprons. Each guests will also receive 2 glasses of Wine, Beer, or Soda! (must be 21+ to receive beer/wine). We also have unlimited compliementary water and tea. 

You may arrive 45 before your event to decorate the room or setup food/raffles. You may bring food if wish (don't forget plates and utencils), we do have 1 table provided in the main private room (we also have addtional folding tables as well). Most guests choose picky foods that are easy to eat while painting, such as cheese and crackers, appretizers, pizza etc.
